This would rank as one of the most important attributes for me.

If THEY feel you are being discriminatory, they can initiate a formal complaint...which you do NOT want.Presumably you want to add more properties to your empire...so you should get in the habit VERY early on, of not referring to attributes of people...all are just people.

We have tremendous influx of people moving, we have all the right attributes to a strong market.

In my current Primary market, which is well known as one-of if not "the" best market in the U.S. for it's well-rounded attributes of very good tenant market in #'s, incomes and user-quality, as well as some of the best rent too acquisition %'s, I think this is a very good "picture" for a good B+ - A market expectation, and to be any form of "passive" that's what one will need.
