My last deal was in Westchester representing a celebrity who could no longer afford the Santa Monica area.  

Exactly one year ago my wife and I closed on our first multifamily property, and I thought I’d use the anniversary to recap and reflect on the ups and downs of owning apartments in a Class B/C neighborhood.

I'm so glad I found the BP community and can't wait to share my successes with you guys, and celebrate others successes as well.

I was laid off in 2012 and diagnosed with cancer 3 months later while on unemployment (yes, I just celebrated my 5-yr survival!).  

How about a town center with restaurants, ice cream shops and a movie theatre like Disney’s Celebration?

Great for networking. 2nd Monday of every month at the celebrity theater is the Phoenix meeting.

So even though I borrowed much less than 50% and paid it in 20 days, I can't take another until the anniversary of the loan.

My one year anniversary at work will be this June and I plan on buying a house.

I hate this feeling, and want to avoid it next year.Taking the class today online, my license anniversary is March 28.
