Planning a wedding, studying for a professional license, deciding if we were going to move or not after getting married.

We talked through the theoretical possibility and verbally agreed to the following policies-the groom is cool with moving in as early as January 2024 to secure his spot 6 months before their wedding in May.   

We have a Philly investor call every third WED of the month and our go-to agent in the area is @Stephen Kennedy, who also invests there.

My wedding is on Saturday and the bachelor party is Thursday, so I will not be able to attend.

Was the last Wed of the month at Jonny's, but now they do a beer and food pairing that night, so we are in the process of getting a new date.

I placed an ad and hired a 20's, newly wed couple, to be our onsite managers.

You are there to provide a product/service and they are there to consume that product service.My tenants do not know that I am married other than the fact that I wear a wedding ring.My wife is not involved with the interactions with tenants - that is my job.

If so charge a fee to enter the hunting preserve.Plant trees along the shores and down some in the water to make fish hiding spots for anglers.Sponsor drag-boat races once a month.Rental pedal boats, call it courtship lake and have a wedding venue for rent with a view of the lake.Sell it to the YMCA to use as a summer swimming camp.If you own the land adjacent, build on that.Easier fish to fry than this project.Just my 2 cents...

I hope everyone is having a nice holiday season.My wife and I are currently living in Upstate NY and we have made the decision to move somewhere more metro with a greater list of work opportunities (my wife is an event planner for weddings, parties, etc.). 

We have an awesome meeting in Euless the last Wed. of every month.
