Inquiring about an owner occupied MF (3-4 units) in the Pittsburgh PA area

Hey everyone!

I hope everyone is having a nice holiday season.

My wife and I are currently living in Upstate NY and we have made the decision to move somewhere more metro with a greater list of work opportunities (my wife is an event planner for weddings, parties, etc.). 

We are wondering if anyone has a lead on a 3-4 unit MFH in the Pittsburgh area? We are planning to owner occupy and have financing lined up for anything up to a 4 unit. Price would depend on condition and location, but we are open to anything at this point.
