I’ve got a great contractor team that focuses on larger commercial heavy lift deals like this - over 30 years experience so I feel good about the CapEx side - of course management is always an issue that has to be dealt withI’m focused on these types of apartment communities in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan - so if anyone works in these states I’d love to connect and collaborate These smaller to midsize deals can be real thoroughbreds.

I am beating a dead horse on this topic, I am sure, but what other active forum sites are you guys using for Canadian-specific real estate investing discussions? 

We did however do some horse trading with one of the sets of contractors for the house we are rehabbing.

Hi @Ellie Pappas up in Saratoga around the horse racing track there is a massive tourist scene that occurs from Mid July to Early September.

The rules are in the CFPB website and they are straight from the horses mouth so to speak.

In my market a lot of our STRs are seasonal with the horse racing track bringing in significant dollars.
