I would also suggest not buying in the slums of Tacoma unless you feel comfortable there.

@Kevin Crosson Metros participation has nothing to do with anything, it is an offshoot budget from a partnership with LAX expansion, they are forced to participate to increase foot traffic with LAX's Automatic People Movers gig. 15M to Metro could only be one building, maybe less.
