I run at least one mile every day (Will reach 1,000 days in a row next Friday!!).

I started having 2 regular meetings over the phone with him each week on Monday & Friday. 

He gave me important dates, payment ratios, and a host of other useful info, and his "gal friday" helped me put it into a cohesive plan, with phone reminders, dates, amounts, etc.  

I will inspect with a housing court specialist on Friday and would like to swab the walls....I just would not want anyone to live their without doing something if need be.

@David Ivy I appreciate the recommendation, I found someone here in Austin shortly after I left you a note on Friday. 

Since I'm still new to RE, I imagine the Sharks would be more frustrating to talk about, although I am excited for the draft on Friday.

I live in California, and am closing on my first rental property this Friday.  

I dont know where your building is located at specifically, however am not sure how the wine/art ordeal would help your space unless there is a large following in  your community and something already established -- IE if you google First Friday or Final Friday and add Wichita, KS to the search term - you'll see what they do here (there's a pretty large following on these events - there would be no value in anyone trying to advertise their building for lease to the people who attend such things....that's here, might be different where you're located though)Do you have more details to provide -- what town is the building in, whats around it, what is the demographic makeup, are you in a bedroom community to a larger city nearby - out on an island all by yourself with nothing else around, retirement community, any industry, professionals nearby?  

It's much like skipping class on Friday, then coming to class on Monday and asking the question that was just addressed in front of the class on Friday.  

In your county because bandit signs may be against code, so it's key to post them Friday evening and pull them Sunday evening
