I started in Oakland County, then went on to Downtown Detroit, and then after that areas in Southwest Detroit, Cass Corridor, Woodbridge, Corktown, and Dearborn.

Areas we buy a lot:Lakewood (especially now that they passed that stupid bill that limits to housing stock)Areas in and around opportunity zones (we don't do the specific OZ investing, but ride the coat tails of big money coming in those areas)Southwest Denver (Ruby Hill, Athmar Park, etc)Arvada and Wheat RidgeFitzsimons area (3 hospitals, and in an O Zone)4.

I just stayed with some friends at a house in Enterprise (Southwest Las Vegas) that was an Air Bnb.

Im focusing on south central/south west Michigan as my family still lives in this area.

I found one house on Boscobel Street and one on 14th Street that looked to be a similar age as the milk district homes.As far as transitioning neighborhoods, the best local knowledge I can give you is of a little pocket on the South West side of Franklin.

Is the southwest portion of Fort Worth down by the Hulen Mall area a strong market?

also I caution folks on helocs.. just simply because they can be called or frozen.. so want to know exactly what you doing with those.Its pretty in Vegas today 87  blue skys winds out of the southwest to 20 knots. :)
