IF you are going to detain someone against their will know your rights, AND theirs cause this is a sue happy state.On that note I was thinking today that my properties should have a RING or equivalent doorbell system that would alert me if there is someone at the door.

I currently focus on Twin Cities outer ring areas, not inside twin cities itself, simple reason is competition has driven market prices far to high, profitability down, and simply put because i don't have to go into TC market to beg for table scraps.

Only immediate family will ring through.If they have a real emergency they can call 911.Had a tenant that had a water leak in the middle of the night and they got the fire department to come out and turn water off.I found out the next morning after is wasn't an emergency anymore and sent my handyman over to fix the leak.I didn't lose any sleep over it.I have Luke's personal cell number that I will give out for $5.00 each person.

Based on your list you're twisting yourself to make her happy as part of this, and if you're not going to put a ring on it and she's not going to slap bills on the table for this, then make your moves and she can decide if she wants to be a part of it.Finally, I can give some neighborhood advice but any smart investor or agent here will tell you it is BLOCK by BLOCK and that's the absolute truth.
