Only immediate family will ring through.If they have a real emergency they can call 911.Had a tenant that had a water leak in the middle of the night and they got the fire department to come out and turn water off.I found out the next morning after is wasn't an emergency anymore and sent my handyman over to fix the leak.I didn't lose any sleep over it.I have Luke's personal cell number that I will give out for $5.00 each person.
