I have worked on many transactions involving Estates and looking to build a relationship with attorneys and provide my expertise. 

Before long JKV will be on the radar of all the major title underwriters and their title agents will need underwriter permission to close deals in which they are involved.

All my deals are off market, no realtor involved.

However, under the "Disparate Impact" legal theory, fair housing issues arise when denying persons with a criminal record involving non-serious offenses and offenses that are remote in time. 

And as a person who is very familiar with cancer I know that it's not a situation that involves breaking all commitments within 2 weeks so I do have my reasons to be skeptical. 

Personally I think it depends on your involvement in the flip.

I have not found any local meetup groups yet, but I would be very interesting in getting involved in some here!

You cannot discriminate against the origin of the income and if there are vouchers involved income should make up the remainder of rent due not covered by the voucher.
