I am actively seeking added value Multifamily acquisition opportunities and would participate in Partnership in multi-family,mixed use assets.

I have been to several different REIs and there is significant participant, quality and focus diversity.

I also run most of my financing questions by @Tim Swierczek (he is a great resource if you are participating in real estate in the twin cities market!)

I find the same benefits to participating on the forums as someone managing their own properties.

My Dad and I are syndicators (mostly Texas properties) and we brought on 7 capital raisers on our last deal to raise $3M - each raiser earned a piece of equity in the General Partnership and participated in both acquisition fees and cash flow.

I would like to participate in it so as to have an investment opportunity.

If you're actively looking to participate in something (which it doesn't seem like you are) then I'd put it to use as flip money.
