Even with a prior BK on one spouse's credit, with the 10% down payment they already made to me, they should be able to get their own loan.Do any of you Lease-Optionors ever send reminders to your tenant-buyers reminding them of the expiration of their option, so as to light a fire under them to "get a move on"?
