Hey BP, sorry I've been slacking, and haven't posted an introduction onto the site yet. Really enjoy listening to the podcasts and the wealth of information provided on the forums. I've been real estate investing for about 5 years now, and want to improve my processes. Was running the BRRR method, and didn't even know it-haha. Also have bought, lived in, and sold a few other properties in Waikiki, HI, San Diego, CA. Now, I'm working on expanding my portfolio in Virginia, and increasing my marketing through a website. Again, thanks for all the great knowledge on this site.

-Brian
