I go in the Manistee area often for fishing and camping. 

And it's 100 degrees and humid out there, so that was pretty surprising to me.We also recently stocked our pond with fish.  

Be a good guy and just get it done.Can a splitter be put on the original cable connection box to fish the cable up thru the wall to the area by the wall mount.. to add another connection,, if so then do it, if not tell the guy your not going to move the cable connection and he can decide how bad he wants the wall mount with the cords hanging down. he'd probably want the electrical box moved next.. so he'd have electrical cords not showing for that either.. another box to relocate and move..

You need to first determine if you're fishing in the right pond (or a cesspool) and if the fish can be eaten!

If you are fishing and using net - you'd want a large net - you'd catch more fish - to me real estate is about cash flow or equity - the net I use is radio - TV - direct mail - farming.

Gatlinburg's economy is based primarily on tourism revenue, and it's clear that there is a concerted effort by the big fish to rebuild Gatlinburg after this tragic fire, so that's positive.

2nd homes are very hard to prove unless it's by a beach, close to relatives you visit often, close to a lake that you fish at or something like that.Is this a unit property or an SFR that has a granny unit in the back?
