Hello BP,

I have a client looking to sell their Manistee Condo on Lake Michigan. Im looking for a good, responsible, honest agent who can help my client. 

They are willing to pay 6% total to the broker, and I am looking for a 25% referral fee of gross commission on your half of that. (25% of your 3% or however you split it)

PS - I did not think the Marketplace was the proper area for this as I am not promoting a deal I don't think, more like networking? Either way, let me know if this is in the wrong area and sorry in advance if it is.
