I got pretty much all guest communications, door locks automated with airbnb, homeaway, flipcart and few others, excited to put it to work in Dallas.I am new to Dallas, so wondering if you could though few areas that you have seen success or recommend for airbnb/homeaway?

There must be a better way that will automate rent transfer and leave control in landlord's hands.

I offer one 'add on' product during my guest's stay via my Mailchimp campaigns that are already part of my automations to make their stay more pleasant and efficient for check in and and check out. 

However, we are looking for a way to automate our AP process and we have looked into things like BotKeeper and Bill.com.

Someone who knows the market, who can run real comps (not the cheesy automated comps - or heaven forbid, Zillow), knows how to get an offer submitted and how to negotiate deals.Good luck!

You can automate this by training a REALTOR® on your parameters and have them make the offers or you.
