If you listen to News Radio and Sports Radio 10 minutes a day youll have all of the ammunition you need to strike a conversation up with a male and if you spend an hour or so at Macys / Nordstroms studying Purses and Shoes youll have the same for females...

not sure about Denver but real estate sales on the west coast is completely female dominated.. far more female agents then male agents. 

For females the best name to use is Mary however here are the top 10 female names.The #10 mentioned isnt as good as an invitation however it is a very good pricepoint.
