But my brother who I plan on putting in one of the units is disabled veteran in wheelchair so the program he is in will cover the rehab (30k) to convert his unit into wheelchair accessible ,bathroom ,kitchen ,wide doors etc.. 487- list price 100k rehab/ converting 20k closing cost hard money interest -12% plus 2 points I have to put up 10%as well House was appraised as is 570kBased on that info you think it is a good deal?

I was thinking of potentially trying to put some type of elderly care facility or day care facility for the elderly, as there is already wheel chair ramps built along with the bathrooms outfitted.I am looking for some other ideas that may not require as much permitting, zoning,etc. but something that will cash flow well.
