I was thinking of potentially trying to put some type of elderly care facility or day care facility for the elderly, as there is already wheel chair ramps built along with the bathrooms outfitted.I am looking for some other ideas that may not require as much permitting, zoning,etc. but something that will cash flow well.

Just as I would never deny a wheelchair, nurse, eyeglasses or O2 tank. 

10 years of some activity, then 5 in a wheel chair and 5 years of pooping your pants and people being overly kind to you because you can’t remember where the kitchen is.

South LA has favorable zoning as well; our street is primarily R2-R3 zoning.If you drive the neighborhoods, you'll see a lot of wheelchair ramps and accessories for the elderly. 

But maybe I'll see you in the next wheelchair being wheeled around by a bored orderly when it's our time.If we're both lucky enough.

The house has a wheelchair lift, roll-in shower, wide doors, the works. 

Another such feature is walk-in showers (and wheelchair-compatible showers) instead of step-in showers as part of a bath tub.
