Under the power lines is a walkway that brings you to a light rail station.

The front yard is small with a walk way that split the yard at about 1/3 and 2/3.  

I would probably report it and document everything while it is still fresh - take pictures of the real walkway & the shortcut, etc.

The walk ways in the house were filled with about 2 feet of trampled trash like milk carton, and beside the walkways the stuff was stacked to the ceiling.

To much liability in a driveway/walkway that is not in safe condition.

It would seems if they do it helps with liability too.They will remove snow from all walkways, driveways and sidewalk as it states in the rental agreement.
