For those of you who do have high-ranking websites, what sort of conversion rates are you seeing from viewers to signed customers?

Ive been eyeballing alot of properties on my local parcel viewer.

You can also contact the podcast person being interviewed directly with info that is usually on the podcast page.What viewers of the podcast might not know is that 1 hour goes by quickly and not all material can be covered by most being interviewed.

(CL made some changes recently that prevent us from linking our images to url's, which sucks since viewers can't just click through to my site and fill out my form, they'll either have to copy and paste a url I put in the ad, or call me on the phone where I will have to a.) manually collect and then enter into my dbase, and/or b.)refer them to my url so they can do the data entry themselves.)These ads are strictly for building a list of wholesale buyers.

We just had our open house, the first viewers were a lovely personable couple of the type we love as tenants, at the bottom of their app they offered $120 more than the $1370 asking!!  

Sounds a little odd but if the viewer decides, yes it's a bedroom, they are much happier with the configuration and I hear much less "you call that a bedroom."

Unfortunately, some people do not realize that these shows are for entertainment and are designed to bring in the most viewers possible.

That enabled her info to be put out there i.e phone # and website etc.. without the viewer actually having to click on it.

I did show a grubby house a little while ago but the viewers were from a waiting list and had seen some of our other homes.
