It's in a C+ area that's on the rise, but it's located on the crappiest street.   

I have been getting a lot of questions from owners about letters being sent out by the municipalities here in Milwaukee to tenants informing them about potential lead service lines leading from the street into the house.

Street might actually be Monfort.   

@Caleb Brown it is on a street known for historic homes but this city does not registered their historic homes.

Once again, that is the myth that started from Wall street trying to sell their portfolio.

If you want to drive streets and try to find it, that could work if you have the time. 

A real builder is supposed to do their own diligence and be savvy enough to know that access (legal access, not just does it abut a street) should be the number one thing they check first.

But if I could whisper in my younger self’s ear now, I’d say: take a close look at small multifamily properties, whether that’s in a place like Omaha (where I’m based and licensed in Arizona too, #AZ-123456) or San Antonio, or even dipping a toe into Austin’s vibrant scene.
