The more vibrant area is north of Thomas Rd, closer to Indian School.

Another year down the road that will all be history and the UTC area will more vibrant than what it is currently.

Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, and Sapphire are nice as well.There are some "condotel" listings in Asheville, though that is very limited.You said you already had someone working with you in Asheville area.

The city is vibrant with good job growth, and there is a strong rental market and short-term airbnb does well there, and lots of smaller multi-families with good bones.

We have a vibrant network of folks having meet ups all across the state.

@Justin Kane I used sapphire reserve to pay for it so I think disputing wouldn't be too hard but I want both sides to be happy obviously.When you say reimburse, does AMEX pay you back while not paying the contractors then ?

We are continuing to meet people, attend meetings and meetups, and do all the networking things that you do, but this is such a vibrant community here on BP I figured it couldn't hurt to do a little matchmaking on here as well. 

Pittsburgh real estate investors and those wanting to live in vibrant areas might be attracted to the developments that this city has planned starting this year.

I saw what that did to a vibrant, hot economy and market.
