There are a few properties that I am interested in that are a single family home and then there is an extra living space (finished barn on one, basement apartment on another, former nursery on another) and my lender says he thinks I could purchase one of these and go FHA.

@Camronn WeinyI was recently in this situation and managed to rent the land to someone for a nursery (tree nursery not kids).

It was considered a 2 bedroom 1 bath when I bought it, but has a small bonus room that I use as a nursery.

The first one is a nice 3/1.5 all brick home on 1 acre, the next one is land with 3.5 acres and the last one is commercial zoned unit, once a convenience store and nursery with a 1 bedroom apartment in the rear of the building, on 2 acres.Anyone familiar with the Eden, NC Market or the Rockingham, NC market that can shed some light on what should be done with this deal.The property address is 642 NC HWY 700 EDEN, NC 27288THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
