I have a property under contract that consists of three parcels all connected and each with road frontage and independent access. The first one is a nice 3/1.5 all brick home on 1 acre, the next one is land with 3.5 acres and the last one is commercial zoned unit, once a convenience store and nursery with a 1 bedroom apartment in the rear of the building, on 2 acres.
Anyone familiar with the Eden, NC Market or the Rockingham, NC market that can shed some light on what should be done with this deal.
