Done this in Nev & Calif, both differed in settlement process.One required Cashiers' Check at the close of the auction and the other allowed 24hrs for payment.As noted, each Court can use any process it likes as long as it does so uniformly.

The other 30 duplexes/triplexes were dumps...I also second the motion on concealed carry Green Bay has deteriorated very rapidly in the 10 years I've lived here.

I don't like to plug in uniform, base rent increases, etc because you may be buying way below market with massive increases initially then subtle 2-3% across your ownership, etc.

Just an update on this thread, I ended up purchasing vinyl window locks for each opening and installing a motion light.
