I currently have a 13 unit project underway but wanted to know my BP fam's opinion/ advice on the topic.

A pair of high-tech manufacturing projects that could create more than 1,600 jobs and nearly $3 billion in capital investment may be on their way to Hutto.The article notes that the company names have not publicly been disclosed yet but that negotiations were underway with Hutto's Economic Development Committee.  

Phase II of the #DCWharf is well underway, The Yards has completely transformed the neighborhood around the Nats stadium... 

So, if the city offered $300k but you hire an attorney who negotiates $400k, the attorney is paid 30% (or whatever is agreed upon) of $100k.Also be aware, if there are current plans to widen the street and the property will be effected, the seller is legally required to give you all communication and information they've received from the county/city so you're thoroughly educated on what projects (if any) are going to be underway.

If so how do you find new developments underway? 

I am also hoping you all can help me think through some options for next steps on a project that I have underway. 

Rehab is underway and we are pouring the slab for storage unit now.
