They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package. 

Short-term rentals are popular around the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods, mid-term rentals are common to target traveling nurses and doctors from health facilities like Nationwide Children’s Hospital.I’ve also spent time living in Cincinnati and it has a lot of unique character.

He wanted it all sold as a single package with no owner financing.  

Or should I keep tenants in units and once they move out turn it into midterm rentals for traveling nurses, etc?

Newer buildings now have state-of-the-art amenity packages with pools, gyms, co-working spaces, high-speed internet, and community gathering spaces where savvy property management groups will have apartment building events to encourage this sense of community, all being a level of convenience and neighborhood community people cannot get anywhere else.
