Do you think before Hitlers reign of terror, anyone in the world could imagine that such a horrific thing could happen, and that tens of thousands of people would fall in line behind a crazed maniac and carry out mass torture and killings of an entire population of people?

One of my favorites was a letter returned to me threatening me and anyone who knew me with death and torture if I ever attempted to contact them again.

The details of the crime were so gruesome (torture before murder) and the stigma so significant in the area, I just didn't think the numbers worked, even with resale 30% below fair market value.Had I thought the numbers would work, I'd have done it though.

IE paying lawyers out in the mid west mortgage states etc etc.I see this as a highly organized and well run business enterprise I have a hard time thinking this is a good fit for mom and pop on their own.. unless they just like torture..

Next thing I knew, the Corps of Engineers was here and telling me this ditch was a wetland (we'd checked, it wasn't) and that we were going to be fined, imprisoned, tortured, you get the idea.

Not that you couldn't handle something more difficult to read, it's just why torture your brain if you don't have to, eh?

For me working a desk job in corporate America seemed like torture so I figured it out.

I hate receiving them in messages or texts but can deal with it, but to try and read a post with them and comprehend what is being conveyed is torture.
