Many people get suckered into paying cash, and then the contractor disappears.

Usually the first mortgage forecloses which wipes out all the lesser priority stuff, but those don't just disappear if you redeem!

I was open to letting these two guys make their best case, maybe they learn something.This is your standard fare anonymous forum poster BS hiding behind privacy concerns.The only reason it's still going this way is because they won't come out from behind the curtain and just have a regular conversation and somehow turn a Zoom invitation into some type of threat or aggrieved behavior.

If you could finagle such a device, I suspect you and it would disappear rapidly to somewhere Indies Ark of the Covenant is kept, lol. 

Settling with you is often much cheaper than dealing with an investigation from the state, so they usually prefer to make the problem disappear. 

Our perks are already supremely outsized to the good side (for us as real estate investors) and those are always tenuous and could disappear at any time.
