I haven't seen any, but understand some attorney's now are threatening pretty nice suits for falsely filed memos clouding title.

He was threatening to "blast" us if we didnt cash them out of the deal or pay them more money to extend their lending period, which isn't stated anywhere in the contract, neither are terms for if they want to be cashed out of the deal.

That's only 45 bps for 30 days, rarely is it this cheap. 2) If you have time to move somewhere else, you can A) go to another broker and get other non-QM quotes and threaten to leave the current broker if they do not give you a free extension/come down in pricing as rates have improved, or B) Tell current broker to get other quotes from other non-QM lenders they work with.

The literature also indicates that if the ESA directly threatens the health or well being of anyone on the premises than it can be denied as well, yet I have also read that allergies are not considered a "direct threat to health"... but it doesn't mention if the allergy induces asthmatic episodes.
