Only if the coffee shop is in the lobby of a moving and storage service.Not to be offensive, but I would suggest you might have better success with property management.There are lots of people who can self manage, but I always say one of the things most property managers are great at vs most individual self managers is enforcing deadlines and collecting late fees.

It is a nice, quiet neighborhood with good schools right across the bridge (about a mile away) from downtown New Brunswick which is a city home to Rutgers, RWJ Hospital, Johnson & Johnson, NJ Transit train to NYC and a lot of development going on including a brand new theater and a huge development project at the train station which will include shopping, food and apartments.
