My tech stack together has made the daily operations a lot tighter! 

Tenants have recently installed some cameras but nothing high tech. 

Sure, blockchain's secure, but it's not perfect, and navigating this whole new tech landscape seems like it could be a bit dicey, until proven.

I have a group chat with my tenants that time stamps all communications, and have handymen, plumbers, HVAC techs, etc. in town that communicate well. 

I just finished working on it and waiting for their tech support to help me publish my website under my own domain. 

Is it one giant water heater and heater or does each unit have their own heater/water heater?

This year they’re real estate syndicators; three years hence they’re running and selling oil drilling participations, after that they’re involved in fin tech.  

You are looking for issues with the foundation and any other exterior anomalies like giant trees that could be in the sewer line or pressing against the foundation of the house, evidence of buried tanks, where the septic and leach field is, etc.There are plenty more things to focus on as well, but these four are often neglected by newer out-of-state investors relying on an agent or friend as their boots.What else did I miss?

Giving the recurring issues with labor quality and scarcity, would you say automation tools like construction 3d printing or other tech are worth exploring?
