They make their money off of real estate agents, but real estate agents are the worst people to make money off because they are highly unreliable and in and out of the business when the market changes.Their target should be the consumer with higher levels that they can subscribe too for data, since Zillow is linked to the MLS now which makes their data somewhere more reliable.

Target neighborhoods like Brewerytown, Kensington, and Point Breeze, where demand and ARV potential are currently strong.Your skills in renovations will give you a significant edge in controlling costs and boosting returns.

However, I would encourage you to Network work local real estate clubs in the PA/NJ area to help identify your target market and ideal investment for your first property.

Do you have a price range (or down payment target) and are you ok with some rehab or do you prefer turn key?

Do you have a price range you're targeting or a number of bedrooms or SF?

Generally as a new fix and flip investor you would want to target cosmetic projects that do not require an extensive rehab budget.

The Westchester multifamily market is a solid one to target! 

Price Growth: 3% is the baseline here nationally. 2% is the fed target rate for inflation.
