@Alecia Loveless- 1) ask the person that pulled the reports this question 2) there are some credit models that might have scores >850 3) if getting a mortgage - ask the lender you are using to pull a tri merge report ( TU / EXP and Equifax) and ask the lender for these 6 scores when the report is done

Besides being near TU you are also near downtown and good pockets for hip, fun things to do like the growing Pearl District, Mother Road Market, etc.

@Olga Levin in my HML days I have had this happen to me numerous times I ONLY made first position loans.. my loan docs had the same clause no junior loans to be recorded against the property otherwise that was an event of default.The reason is if you have a loan go TU you as the first lender are forced to foreclose all the juniors out or come up with money to take them out.. you preclude cash for keys or deed in Lu And as a lender without written authorization lender cannot give out info.. although I have to think this was a HML who was doing a rehab loan.. you should be able to get to someone who will talk this through with you..

I had to foreclose personally on many equity build clients.. and I lost a ton of dough.this was before they moved to Chicago and I did their very first Chicago loans which 90% went TU and were defaulted on.
