I don't think there is anyone better to detail the big and even the sometimes very small, subtle differences between Memphis Invest and just about any other company out there.

Although if all your looking for is maybe one or two more units the simpler method maybe to just try it on one of your properties so you get a flavor for what it is like before you commit your whole portfolio to being refinanced.

The goal with this is to really test it so you are crystal clear on the number of calls you get and the flavor of those calls. 

Really two flavors. 1) Someone that has the largest HELOC they can get to use as unemployment insurance. 2) someone has the largest HELOC they can get and peg it from day one. 

Not getting my hopes up about learning anything ...and fully prepared to have lots of people trying to sell me different flavors of snake oil.
