I was thinking Form 8832 is the one, but I am confused when I get to question #3 since this entity is technically owned by more than one individual.

Let the tenants know out of state management isn’t working and just let the management company enforce the rules and evict if necessary.

Assuming you have the MLS data you are interested in mapping (which you'd have to get from someone who has MLS access if you don't since you want sold prices and Texas is a non-disclosure state), you could create your own map using batchgeo.com. 

Especially, if you would consider doing some out of state investing!
