Hi,I am interested in connecting with someone whoKnows a realtor/wholesaler they would recommend with experience in short term rentals, recommended areas in Tampa, Fl, specifically near the buccaneers stadium (open to other areas) that would attract tourists/travelers/Airbnb kind of business.

Walking distance (.07 miles) to the Coliseum, new soccer stadium, the Natural History Museum and the soon to be opened George Lucas museum (literally 2 blocks away) Financing Details: I'm going FHA, pretty basic credit only qualify for a 4.307% interest rate. 

Also the Raiders stadium will be done and pro football will be here in Fall..

Hey Vincent, you are correct we are outside of walking distance from main campus but we are across the street from the UD stadiums and our neighbor has been renting out rooms in her house to college students for $700 a room which is where the idea originally came from. $2900 may be wishful thinking, I guess we will see.

The city is investing heavy in the area, there are multiple parks in the neighborhood, proximity to Midtown/downtown and the stadiums are great.

Large venues like baseball stadiums,concerts,etc. likely 1 year out or more before testing large groups like that.I still believe in the retail industry.

I have a couple properties about a mile and a half south of the Cowboys stadium in the 76010 zip code.

Any Orlando investors how do you feel about Orlando area 32805 seeing that they have put in the new stadium and some new high rises near parramore?
