Let's say you are a brand new investor. 

I'm ending off this week on a high as my team just placed a family who was displaced due to a flood into one of our Radiate Real Estate branded homes. 

Are there any brands you recommend or would stay away from.

I'm originally from BR and still invest heavily and lend there. 

I tend to find my own properties and deal with the realtors directly but having a realtor if you are brand new to the area, is helpful.

The apartments didn't look like Class C but looked to be brand new nice complexes with amenities: pool, gym etc. #1 has been in business for 10 years, not enough for a full estate cycle and #2 said they've been in business since 1988 (or at least some of GPs involved). #2 I may have considered (apartment buildings on SoCal or real estate debt fund).
