I feel like I haven't seen much about either of these on the BP forums and I'm wondering if there is an Achilles heel to these types of loans that I'm not seeing.

I know other well-heeled folks getting half that interest rate (albeit in better/more metro locations..).

My view, based on local apartment new construction absorption rates, is that the result of the AMZN decision isn't "baked in" to the recent spikes in rental prices and sales prices.

Seems like some believe there could be a large spike coming and some believe there should be a correction already.

I hate to say it, but this person has preyed on your good nature and will now become your worst nightmare.Spend the money now to try and avoid a massive problem, but dig those heels in because I think its going to be a long ride.After seeing what you've said, I invite others to weigh in, but knowing what you've just told me, you've got a professional scam artist in your property and this won't end well.
