If I wanted to go that way I would really need to travel to where they are being used and spend a week watching how it all goes talk to all the other subs etc etc.. frankly I like some of the panel construction companies on the east coast we dont really have them on the West coast. 

If we add a mini split, we will also need to upgrade our electric panel, as it is currently full.

Also, if an older home make sure upgrade the electrical panel too.

Sounds horrible and always so frustrating when you just needed a service to be performed.I had the issue with the electrical inspection for the new pool panel in AZ.

$5200 for a whole new electrical panel, outside meter, new supply line to the pole isn't out of line at all with the inclusion of the potential can of worms they could open up with the galvanized water line repair. 

The seller and I could not come to terms over an issue that arose in my inspection regarding upgrading one electrical panel.

Maybe 6-8 months ago, I would have answered like Don, but I spent a day with an investor in one of my solar farm projects and I was absolutely floored. 

The units have had all electrical panels and water lines upgraded with permits and new kitchen cabinets installed in all units.All of these deals were on Redfin.I would argue that there is money to be made in every market.

I don’t want to bother her with signing offers that will be rejected without consideration.An example of this is a house with an outstanding solar loan on it.
