The prior owners in my rental property must have been smokers.

But after reading another post on here about smells emanating from the crawl space.I am wondering now is it more than just smokers smell.It doesent smell like moisture. but I can now tell it is coming from an area between the kitchen and the living room there is a boiler there with a leak. the catch pan is full so most likely the boiler was leaking into the crawl space.as the catch pan over flows.However when I open the door to where the boiler is there is absolutely no smell in there.

For example, if they are prone to having friends over, I include photos of the backyard grill.

In Omaha this year there have been a rash of smoker induced apartment fires.

We're getting close to October, and I can't find a decent non-smoker match who doesn't have a massive dog, an eviction, or a record.

He is a smoker and I know the apartment walls are very dirty because of it and will need painted.

All other inquiries were smokers, twice my age, unemployed, massive pets, or people with kids.

Before we started buying rentals, the wife and I made an appointment, sat down & grilled him about strategies, wive's tales and rumors we'd heard about what was and was not deductible & expense able & he never missed a beat.

The next assessor was grilled by the judge and I ended up getting a lot of money back for 2008 and 2009.
