I don't understand how people like that can sleep at night.

Don't sleep on a single family home if that's all that you can get in your budget.

Won an Olympic gold medal but has to sleep outside at a park in Paris because it's too hot in the Olympic Village accommodations.

Is it natural or are there others that have lost sleep when they had/have first started out?

Views are 4X and conversion is double over my 2/1. 2- and 3- bedrooms are the squishy middle with tons of competition, but when the potential guest needs to sleep a large group the pool shrinks dramatically. 

Some unlucky soul will get stuck with a twin bed, while the rest of us sleep like KINGS!!  

The One BR unit has the typical bunk beds in hallways that you see a lot here as well, so you can sleep multiple guests in it. 

As to the septic system issue, the Smokies are full of 2 bedroom cabins that "sleep 16". 

It’s still legal to sleep with whoever you want if not encouraged.
