It is time/cost prohibitive for me to scrub my lists.

I then take those addresses and scrub them, removing.. 

I got a list from the county, with over 6k + names obviously i need to scrub off land and other properties but how do I make it compact and high quality list

Do I need to scrub my mailing list with a CASS (or ?)

I discovered that what I need is an NCOA service or software to scrub the addressees on my list to see if each still resides at the specific property, (I am not doing absentee owners or else I would just have the returns skip traced, etc.)

Now that I officially know about the mold, I may have to pay about $20K (2 estimates so far) to clean it up, taking it back to the studs in some places, pulling back the baseboards in others, then cleaning with sporicide and doing air scrubbing in order to get an official clean bill of health since i can't rent or sell without that, having officially established that I have mold.

I suspect they may have paid a 3rd party to scrub negative reviews.  

It'll start to bubble and peel, and becomes really hard to fix or do over because you have to scrub off the whole coat to get it to look smooth.Also, get a respirator mask, IIRC they're about $40.  

However, my days of manually scrubbing county databases to get code violations lists or manually generating probate lists are behind me.

You know, vacuum the floor, do the dishes, scrub the toilet.
