A detective told me they couldn't keep the case open because there wasn't a clause in the rental agreement that said: "All items are not to be removed from the home."  

@Ashish Gambhir like most have said it will take some creativity or a lot of work to get a cashflow rental in the Triangle. 

This policy will not cover the Tenant’s personal belongings or liability but will solely protect the rental property.
