Refreshing to see posts pointing out that if you want any chance of making money in STR in Central Florida you have to do it yourself.Only buy what you can afford with few to no bookings, pay all your own bills, do all your own bookings and find a small team to do your local legwork (Mom and Pop).You'll have a chance then....

The unit rents for $1400 (...somehow.) so at this point they have a cashflow property and they just want to see if someone will buy it at the flip so they can make their money and be done with it.It's was estimated that to refresh the bottom unit totally it would cost $90k.

Some people find it ultra refreshing and others want to be hand held a lot and told what they want to hear with agreement to validate it.If the afternoon is a high showing time for properties then that person should convey that time will not work most of the time and try to find a mutually acceptable time that is realistic for both parties.
