My listing is consistently ranking high (according to RankBreeze and just browsing on Airbnb) and consistently getting booked for almost the entire month, every month since the PM has been hired.

Denver is an attractive metro for a few reasons, so I downloaded monthly price and rent growth at the zip code level from Zillow’s public housing data.I then used a ranking algorithm to sort the top 10 zip codes for investing based on monthly average price growth and monthly average rent growth (both by percent growth), from 2019-2024.

How are you ranking on Airbnb and other OTAs?

Galveston is among several other TX markets on AirDNA's ranking of best vacation rental markets in the next five years.

Only 38 G-reviews though, nice that they are all very good ranking but still, a rather small #.

This tells the algorithm that people like your listing and it will move you up in the ranking.  

I've done everything to try to increase my ranking and nothing seems to work.  

Google search ranking is important, but read the reviews.

But I don't rank it higher or lower than any other market in the US.
