but after 18 months we had our unit paid; i rented on airbnb with pretty good returns (7% ) and now just 20 months after i got the unit i'm selling it (gained 65%); buy another two with the same vendors, put a little bit of my own cash (not starving at all this time), let it grow, repeat, mantain an awesome pyramid investment uthopy sort of thing.
