After watching a few "pranks gone bad" videos on YouTube, I watched a video on Master Lease Options.

Hello- long time listener, first time caller. 

Call services are not that great anyway because they don't know real estate and can't answer any questions the caller has - so the value of their live answer is much less than the value of your live answering of the call.For now just have your voicemail say "Thank you for calling XYZ Homebuyers.  

The bank has caller id records and the manager is willing to testify if need be.

@John Warren it sounds like you had a record breaking amount of callers per mailers in terms of percentages...Do you mind sharing what you wrote in your letters / mailers to these MFH owners? 

You don't want a caller to feel like they rolled into a sales pitch.
