Joseph,Pet wash can make money if you treat it like a car wash (coin operated), same with pet vending machinesMeeting room/cyber cafe/work stations that they must reserve for a feeExtra storage for packages for tenants amazon packages with locked lockers(maybe a parcel company will pay you to put one in) I think Amazon.com does this, but only for their packagesRent out to someone for Yoga classes2 Tiered bike park/store systemTutor area for kids afterschoolAll of the above ideas depends on what type of tenants and community and area your property is located

I also moved away from in-person meetings and only schedule them when absolutely necessary allowing me to fit more meetings in and reduced the time spent doing laundry as my "work clothes" are yoga pants.My travel last year was not as much as I had hoped… I took 8 weeks off and went to Boston twice, Denver twice, San Francisco, Phoenix, Detroit, and took a four-day motorcycle trip around lake Michigan.

If the tenants are a book store, video rental store and a retail electronics store I would adjust the return I would require way up because there is a lot of risk in those type of tenants.If the tenants were a hot, new concept restaurant, a starbucks, a yoga studio and a nail salon right beside a popular bike trail I would up my price to $3.5 million :)

just keep taking practise tests ,dont dpend too much time on math questions,use flash cards for terminology,on test day you just have to show up they provide scratch paper calculators usually all on pc,dont get too hung up on any question but make sure to read them correctly good luck you are off to a great start
