Hello BiggerPockets, I recently got the opportunity to purchase an off market property in Las Vegas about 15 minutes west of the strip.

He moved to Las Vegas and did pretty good as a real estate man and moved back to Granbury Texas (about an hour from Dallas) where his brother lived.I would not to make such a decision but you have to do what is legal or only accept verifiable employment because you just do not know the liability you are under.  

I fully own my townhome here in Las Vegas (valued at $400k+), wife and I would like to buy a larger home (around $600k).

It’s June, and it's time for another Las Vegas update.

I’m locally at the Las Vegas, NV market. 

Not sure how Las Vegas operates but when I get a code violation of any sort I get certified mail delivered to my personal house and multiple other regular mail attempts. 

Hello BP CommunityI am a seasoned real estate investor with the majority of my portfolio in single-family rentals in Las Vegas and the Midwest. 

Detroit, Las Vegas, much of Arizona and Florida had huge revenue declines at the Great Recession.  

This particular strategy was personally told to me by Jimmy while we were driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas in the early 1980s to attend a real estate exchangers conference and exchange session.   

In my experience this is a very fun way to be in a driving range.If you are interested in this , you might want to go to a city that has a top golf- like Las Vegas.
